Garbanzo Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ham bone
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 chorizos, sliced
    2 pkg. Vigo yellow rice seasoning
    4 cans garbanzo beans
    3 potatoes, cut in bite size pieces
    olive oil
Preparation
    Brown chopped onion in olive oil.
    Add onions and ham bone to 2 quarts water and simmer for 45 minutes.
    Remove ham bone and remove meat from bone and place back in water.
    Add beans, chorizos, potatoes and Vigo seasoning.
    Cook on low 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
