Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small jar Roka Blue cheese
    2 oz. Bovril (beef extract)
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Beat cheeses with mixer.
    Add lemon juice and beat until smooth.
    Add beef extract and onion; mix well.
    Blend in mayonnaise.
    Refrigerate before serving.
