Hot Dried Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 1/2 oz. dried beef, torn in small pieces and rinse off salt (if desired)
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese and blend with milk.
    Mix in other ingredients.
    Spread mixture into 8-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Serve with crackers or sturdy potato chips. Double recipe for a crowd.
