Sweet-Sour Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) jar currant jelly
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (12 oz.) jar chili sauce
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1/2 c. ketchup
Preparation
    To prepare sauce, combine ingredients in a saucepan.
    Heat until melted and well blended.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Combine all meat loaf ingredients.
    Mold into a 5 x 9-inch loaf pan.
    Pour about 1/2 sauce over meat loaf and reserve remainder for another use.
