Never Fail Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. light mayonnaise
    2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    2/3 c. milk
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    5 egg whites
Preparation
    Blend mayonnaise, flour, milk, egg yolk, salt and cornstarch. Add cheese and stir to blend.
