Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1 c. milk
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs, one
    at
    a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add milk
    and flour (sifted with salt) alternately, beginning and ending
    with flour.
    Add
    vanilla
    and lemon extracts.
    Spoon into 10-inch tube pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
