Potato Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, mashed
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1/4 c. butter
    1 pkg. chopped spinach, well drained
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese.
    Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Spread cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.
