Bonuelos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    12 flour tortillas
    hot oil
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in bag (set aside).
    Cut tortillas into strips, fry a few at a time in 1-inch hot oil until crisp and golden brown, turning once.
    Drain on paper towels.
    While still warm, place a few at a time in sugar mixture in bag.
    Shake gently to coat; store in airtight container.
