Teriyaki Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

boneless steak (any including flank)
chopped green onion and bell pepper
garlic buttons
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. water
Preparation

Combine soy sauce, water, bell pepper, onion and garlic in container to marinate steaks.
Marinate the beef steaks in this sauce overnight, refrigerated.
The marinating process will help to tenderize the beef.
When ready to cook, place on grill or broil in oven about 5 minutes on each side.
Do not overcook if steaks are thin.
Sauce may be immediately frozen and reused.
