Hearty Beef Stew For Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, in 1-inch cubes
    1 large onion, diced
    3 stalks celery, sliced
    1/2 c. quick cooking tapioca
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of allspice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    5 carrots, sliced
    14 oz. tomatoes
    14 oz. water
    1 bay leaf (optional)
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in crock-pot.
    Mix very well. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or on high 5 to 6 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender. I usually start out on high and then go to low.
