Okra Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. bacon fat or oil
    2 c. stewed tomatoes
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 c. sliced okra
    1 c. cut corn
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in bacon fat until soft.
    Add okra for 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and corn.
    Simmer for 15 minutes or until okra and corn are done.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
