Spaghetti Sauce(The Very Best!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes
    2 cloves garlic or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    3 lb. onions
    3 or 4 hot peppers
    4 stalks celery
    3 to 4 mangoes
    1 pt. (2 c.) cooking oil
    1/2 c. salt
    1 1/2 c white sugar or 3/4 c. brown and 3/4 c. white
    2 Tbsp. basil
    2 Tbsp. oregano
Preparation
    Cut onions, hot
    peppers, celery and mangoes in chopper and add to tomato juice or
    cook
    and
    blend and add to tomato juice. Cook over medium heat.
    Add
    8 cans of 12 ounce tomato paste. Simmer to bring to\tboil,
    1 hour.\tCan and seal.
    The sauce is done when a large spoon stands alone in the sauce.
