Ozark Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. chopped apples
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar until very smooth.
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir into egg mixture.
    Add nut meats, apples and vanilla.
    Bake in greased 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
