Egg Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Line cupcake pans with rich pastry.
Put 1 tablespoon filling in each tart.
Add nuts, if you wish.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until brown on top.
