Peach Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 peaches
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. whipped cream
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 small sponge cakes, about 4-inches in diameter, cut in small pieces
Preparation
    Peel and slice peaches.
    Add lemon juice and 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Let stand while preparing other ingredients.
    Whip cream and add 2 tablespoons sugar and vanilla.
    Fold together cake pieces, whipped cream and peaches.
