Crock-Pot Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    3 small carrots, diced
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    5 c. water
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 (13 oz.) evaporated milk
Preparation
    Put all ingredients except evaporated milk into crock-pot. Cook on low 10 to 12 hours (high 3 to 4 hours).
    Use mixer to mash ingredients.
    Stir in milk during last 1/2 hour.
    Serve with bacon bits, croutons and shredded Cheddar cheese.
