Old Fashioned Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or oleo
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Line pie pan with crust.
    Slice 1/2 stick of oleo on bottom crust.
    Mix together sugar and flour and put 1/2 of this mixture over oleo.
    Peel and slice enough tart apples to fill bottom crust heaping full.
    Cover apples with remaining flour and sugar mixture.
    Slice remaining 1/2 stick of oleo over top of sugar and flour.
    Cover with pie crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 25 to 30 minutes longer.
    Can mix cinnamon with flour and sugar, if desired.
    Makes 9-inch pie.
