Candied Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter, melted
3/4 to 1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1 large can yams
Preparation

Melt butter in nonstick pan.
Dissolve brown sugar in butter until sticky thick.
Add orange juice and heat through.
If too thick, add some of yam syrup.
Add yams after coating is right. Heat through, approximately 1/2 hour.
