Macaroni And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. shell macaroni
    8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. medium Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; shred cheese.
    In casserole dish, layer macaroni, cheese, salt and pepper three times.
    In small bowl, beat egg and milk; pour over casserole.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes with lid on.
    Bake for another 15 minutes with lid off.
