Frozen Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. pineapple chunks
    1 c. mandarin oranges
    1 c. peaches, diced
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. cherries, chopped
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients in a pan and cook on low heat until thickens. Cool.
    Add the pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, peaches, marshmallows and cherries.
    Fold whipped cream into above.
    Freeze or refrigerate 12 hours before serving.
