Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2/3 c. minced onions
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
paprika (for garnish)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In medium saucepan over medium heat in hot butter or margarine, cook onions until tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper until blended.
Gradually stir in milk and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Add parsley flakes.
In 2-quart casserole, arrange half the potatoes in a layer; pour half the sauce on top and repeat. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake, covered, 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes or until tender.
Makes 6 servings.
