Cornish Hens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
dash of lemon juice
dry sherry (approximately 3/4 c.)
poultry seasoning to taste
Preparation

Mix in saucepan to taste until margarine is melted.
Add more seasoning, if necessary. Remember to make the sauce a bit strong to give the hens more flavor.
Baste frequently as the hens bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 1 hour (longer, if necessary, for the hens to brown).
