Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, separated
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 large cans evaporated milk
    whole milk (to fill canister)
Preparation
    Beat egg whites.
    Add small amount of the sugar.
    Cream yolks and the remaining sugar.
    Beat well with electric mixer. Add vanilla and
    1
    1/2
    cans
    evaporated
    milk
    to
    egg white mixture.
    Add the
    other 1 1/2 cans to yolks.
    Combine the two mixtures and
    pour\tinto
    freezer
    canister.
    Add enough whole milk to fill to fill line.\tFreeze as usual.
