Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, sliced and cooked until tender-crisp
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 thinly sliced onion
1 thinly sliced bell pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Combine all liquids. Pour over carrots.
Allow to set overnight in refrigerator. Stir occasionally. Stir again before serving.
