Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. nondairy whipped topping
1/4 c. walnuts, finely chopped
8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 c. milk
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust or baked pastry shell
Preparation

Whip cream cheese until soft and fluffy.
Beat in peanut butter and powdered sugar.
Slowly add milk, blending thoroughly into mixture.
Fold topping into mixture; pour into prepared crust.
Freeze until firm.
Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving time and then sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
