Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 double pork chops with pockets
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sage
    2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 small apple, chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    hot water
Preparation
    Combine
    bread, onion, apple and seasoning.
    Add butter and hot
    water
    to moisten.
    Fill pork chop pockets with bread stuffing.
    Place
    on top rack in oven and bake uncovered for 1 hour 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
