Morning Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. skim milk
    1 sliced banana
    3 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In the container of electric blender, place milk, banana, orange juice and vanilla.
    Cover and whirl until smooth.
    Serve at once.
    Makes 2 servings of 1 cup each.
