Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. chopped bananas
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. oil
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix in order.
Spoon batter into 3 well-greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cook in pans on a rack for 10 minutes.
Turn cakes out on racks.
Cool and frost.
