Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. sliced onion
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1/4 c. cornstarch
2 c. chicken stock (broth or bouillon)
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 c. slivered chicken or turkey, cooked
3 ripe tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
4 servings white rice
Preparation

Saute pepper and onion in heated oil in a covered skillet. Blend cornstarch in small amount of chicken broth and set aside. Add remaining broth and soy sauce to skillet, then add chicken or turkey.
Thicken with remaining broth mixture and add tomato wedges.
Serve with white rice.
