Seafood Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can white tuna
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. chopped green onion
    1 tsp. dried Italian herb seasoning
    10 eggs
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in 10-inch ovenproof skillet.
    Saute onion with herbs, about 1 minute.
    Drain tuna and add to skillet, stirring to break-up big pieces.
    Beat eggs well with garlic and pepper.
    Pour into pan.
    Do not stir.
    Cook in oven on medium heat until bottom half of eggs are cooked.
    Place under broiler, about 4 inches from heat until eggs are set.
    Serve hot.
    Cut into wedges.
