Beet Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups beet juice (juice from cooking about 12 small beets)
    5 cups sugar (don't have juice too strong)
    1/4 cup bottled lemon juice
    1 package Pen-Jel (use cooking directions in package)
    Jello (any flavor)
Preparation
    Add jello to the juice before adding sugar.
