Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cut up carrots
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. oleo
Preparation

Cook the cut up carrots in water until tender.
When done, let them cool, then add sour cream, mayonnaise and horseradish. Sprinkle the bread crumbs mixed with oleo over the top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes in a 2-quart casserole dish.
