Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
4 eggs
3 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. water
1 c. oil
1 tsp. each: cinnamon and nutmeg
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
-
In a large bowl, add and mix first 7 ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour in two greased loaf pans (knife in center should be dry).
