Kitchen Sink Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. macaroni
    1 small onion
    3 stalks celery
    1 small green pepper (optional)
    1 or 2 carrots
    1 can black olives
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, diced into 1/4-inch cubes
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    1 or 2 cans tuna
    mayonnaise to moisten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook, rinse and cool macaroni.
    Chop onion, celery, peppers and shave carrots with vegetable peeler.
    Drain olives. Cut up hard-boiled eggs.
    Mix all ingredients together. Add mayonnaise to moisten. Salt and pepper to taste.
