Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter or oleo
Preparation

Stir together cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix milk and eggs together.
Add to dry ingredients.
Melt butter.
Pour into cornmeal mixture.
Pour into greased 8 or 9-inch square pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Bake at 400\u00b0.
