Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs. beaten well
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. corn meal
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar and beat again, then add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Pie is done when inserted knife blade comes out clean.
