Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. dry sherry or red wine
    1/3 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    chicken wings
Preparation
    If possible, skin chicken wings.
    Combine all ingredients and add wings.
    Marinate for 30 minutes.
    Wings can be cooked in a 350\u00b0 oven until done or on stove top with scallions.
