Sausage Risotto Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Italian Sausage (casing removed)
    1/2 c. onion (chopped)
    1 2/3 c. cold water
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 2/3 c. long grain rice (cooked)
    2 Tbsp. parsley (chopped)
    1 c. pasteurized cheese food (shredded)
Preparation
    Brown sausage, drain. Add onions, cook until tender. Stir in water and oregano; bring to full boil. Stir in rice and parsley. Cover, remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes; fluff with fork. Stir in process cheese food until melted.
