Fried Hot Banana Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small box Velveeta Mexican cheese or regular, diced
    10 to 12 medium size banana peppers (whole)
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cut the tops off of the banana peppers and clean out the seeds.
    Mix the eggs up in one dish and the flour in a separate dish.
    Put 3 to 4 pieces of cheese inside the pepper, dip in egg, then flour and fry in butter.
