Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal or mix
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, beating as you go.
    Bake in iron skillet, heated with bacon grease, at 400\u00b0 until good and brown (about 30 minutes).
