Microwave Company Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 servings rice or noodles
    2 oz. chipped beef
    2 whole boneless chicken breasts, skinned, halved and flattened to 1/4-inch thick
    16 oz. fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Cook rice or noodles conventionally while microwaving chicken. Place a slice of chipped beef on each half breast.
    Roll up breasts and secure with 4 wooden picks.
    Place sliced mushrooms in an 8 x 8-inch dish.
    Arrange breasts on top.
    Combine soup and sour cream; spoon over chicken.
    Cover with wax paper.
    Microwave 7 1/2 to 12 1/2 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Rearrange after half of time cooking.
    Sprinkle almonds over chicken.
