Chili Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks or 1 whole egg
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. ground chuck
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, beat 1/2 cup water with egg yolks.
    Stir in bread crumbs, cheese, chili powder and salt. Add chuck; mix with hands.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Place in shallow pan and bake 12 minutes.
    Sprinkle with paprika just before serving.
