Chinese Pineapple Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. pecans
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. celery, minced
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 c. corn flakes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine beef, celery, pecans, salt, cornflakes, eggs, soy sauce and garlic.
    Roll into small balls.
    Roll these in flour and deep fry in very hot vegetable oil, then drain.
