Quick Chicken Primavera - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2-inch strips (about 1 lb.)
1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables with pasta (Primavera Pasta Accents)
Preparation

Melt margarine in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and garlic.
Cook and stir until chicken is no longer pink (3 to 4 minutes).
Add milk and frozen vegetables with pasta. Cover; simmer 4 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
