Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium bell pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 lb. roll hot sausage
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans clear chicken broth
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper.
    Add sausage.
    Cook until done. Drain grease off sausage.
    Bring chicken broth to a boil.
    Pour over rice and sausage mixture in baking dish.
    Salt to taste. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
