No-Peek Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. red wine or ginger ale
    1 (1 3/8 oz.) pkg. onion soup mix
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Combine ingredients well in a 2-quart casserole.
    Cover.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
    Don't peek.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
