Pork Chops Pacifica - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions (brown), sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 to 4 lb. pork chops (thick)
    2 lemons, sliced
    2/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper (black)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. chili sauce (Heinz)
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until soft, but not brown.
    Place pork chops on foil in shallow cooking pan.
    Put onions and lemon slices on top.
    Combine other ingredients.
    Pour over chops.
    Seal foil and cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve the juice over rice.
