Microwave Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 stick margarine (1/2 c.)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook on High in microwave for 2 minutes.
    Prepare an oblong cake pan by buttering sides and bottom.
    When done, take from microwave and beat until smooth.
    An electric mixer can be used. Add nuts, if desired.
    Pour into cake pan; let set in refrigerator for a few hours.
    Cut, but keep fudge in refrigerator in an airtight container.
