Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. warm water
    6 Tbsp. potato flakes
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant potato flakes
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Let set out all day covered with a paper towel.
    If you are not making bread, discard 1 cup starter or give it to a friend and return remainder of starter to refrigerator.
