Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    1/2 c. tomato catsup
    10 to 20 crackers, crushed
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Add salt to flour.
    Mix all ingredients well with meat.
    Cook in double frypan or roll in foil and bake 50 minutes, or until done, in 300\u00b0 oven.
